Are you constantly on the go, pouring into others while putting yourself last? Do you feel overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from what truly matters?

You're invited to the very first Soul Care Retreat hosted by Soul Care Coaching. Join us for a transformative day of rest, reflection, and renewal. Together, we’ll journey through four 45 minutes sessions:

Refresh: Catch Your Breath

We begin our retreat by slowing down intentionally and compassionately. This opening session invites you to notice the pace at which you’ve been living, the patterns that shape your days, and the pressures you’ve been carrying, often without realizing it. Through reflective soul care prompts, you’ll create space to listen to your body, your breath, and your inner world. Together, we’ll gently uncover what has been driving you and begin releasing what no longer serves you, making room for clarity, presence, and peace.

Renew: Discover Truth 

In this reflective session, we turn inward to explore the beliefs shaping how we live and lead. You’ll identify limiting beliefs that drain your energy or keep you stuck, and begin replacing them with liberating truths. Through guided exercises and gentle dialogue, you’ll reconnect with what truly matters and realign your life toward greater wholeness and meaning.

Restore: Creative Soul Work

It’s time to listen to what your soul needs most. In this session, you’ll choose your own restorative experience on the beautiful grounds of Fitness Farm:

  • Stroll the paved walking trail

  • Enjoy tennis, disc golf, or basketball

  • Visit the friendly farm animals

  • Pause for creative reflection at the art experience station

  • Or indulge in a mini massage (available for a small additional fee)

Whether you move your body or rest your spirit, this session is about slowing down and reconnecting to joy.

Return: Integrating the Experience

We close our retreat with a powerful moment of integration and intention. In this final session, you’ll participate in a guided release ritual by naming the belief, pressure, or pattern you’re ready to let go of and intentionally receive a truth that restores your soul. You’ll then identify one simple soul care practice to carry into daily life. This closing experience is designed to anchor what you’ve discovered, so you return home not just inspired, but grounded, lighter, and restored.

Enjoy a nourishing, delicious lunch prepared by Charity Cason, Executive Chef for the Carson Wentz Foundation. We believe soul care includes caring for your whole self, mind, body, and spirit.
