Join Soul Care Coaching for a transformative day designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Through guided experiences, meaningful reflection, and practical tools, you'll leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and restored.
Refresh: Catch Your Breath
We begin our retreat by intentionally slowing down. This opening session invites you to notice the pace you've been living, the patterns shaping your days, and the pressures you've been carrying, often without realizing it.
Through guided reflection and soul care practices, you'll create space to listen to your body, your breath, and your inner world. Together, we'll begin releasing what no longer serves you and make room for greater clarity, presence, and peace.
Renew: Regulate Your Nervous System. Reconnect with Yourself.
When stress becomes chronic, it affects far more than our emotions—it shapes how we think, respond, connect, and lead. Many of us blame ourselves for feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or exhausted when our nervous system is simply doing its best to protect us.
In this interactive session, Dr. Heidi Kline will help you understand how your nervous system influences stress, safety, resilience, and well-being. You'll learn practical, science-backed tools to regulate your nervous system, respond to stress with greater awareness, cultivate self-compassion, and find your way back to yourself.
About Dr. Heidi Kline
Dr. Heidi Kline is a chiropractor, meditation teacher, and nervous system educator based in Indianapolis. Through chiropractic care, mindfulness practices, and nervous system education, she helps people better understand the connection between stress, healing, and well-being. Her work focuses on practical, compassionate tools that foster greater self-awareness, resilience, and connection in everyday life.
Restore: Reconnect Through Rest and Creativity
It's time to listen to what your soul needs most. During this session you will choose your own restoration experience, you'll enjoy the beautiful grounds of Fitness Farm while engaging in activities that help you reconnect with joy and renewal.
Choose from experiences including:
Walking the paved nature trail
Tennis, disc golf, or basketball
Visiting the friendly farm animals
A creative reflection station
A guided stretch session led by Abby Thompson
Optional mini massages with Jessica Armstead (available for an additional fee)
Whether you move your body, create something meaningful, or simply sit in stillness, this session is about restoring your mind, body, and spirit.
Return: Carry It Forward
We'll close our retreat by integrating everything you've experienced throughout the day. Through guided reflection and meaningful group conversation, you'll create a simple, sustainable plan to carry your soul care practices into everyday life.
You'll leave with renewed clarity, practical next steps, and the confidence to care for yourself long after the retreat ends.
